Where are your products manufactured?

Our workshop is based in Queensland, but we ship Australia wide.

What do you charge for shipping?

We have free shipping for all Australian orders over $100. The only exception is to some very specific, remote areas. We can also ship internationally, but there is a cost associated with this, based on the size and weight of your order.

How do i send you my photos and artwork files?

Its very simple! Once you have made your product selection, you will be presented with a file upload page. Just drag and drop your files to submit. Alternatively, you can send us a Dropbox, Google Drive or We Transfer link if you would prefer, but we ask that you include your name and order information when you send your link.

What is the best file type to send?

Most image file types are suitable, but it is important to maintain a high resolution if possible. We can accept JPG, TIFF, PNG, PDF, EPS & AI files.

What is the benefit of thermal transfer metal artwork?

The aluminium we use at Metal Prints Australia is lightweight, durable and comes in finishes that provide an unprecedented level of image quality, even at larger sizes. The process we use bonds your image right into the metal itself, making the final product highly resistant to damage, scratches, heat and ageing. We are confident that once you see the finished metal prints, you will be impressed with just how good they look.

What if my artwork file is low resolution?

All submitted artwork is checked by our graphic design team. If your file is of too low a resolution, we can try to upscale using design software. If that is not a viable option, we will contact you via email. Please note; some web based services, such as Facebook, will compress your files when uploaded, so its always best to use a photo directly from your phone or camera, rather than ones downloaded from a social media site.

What is your return policy?

Metal Prints Australia want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their order.  We know our product is amazing so if you an not happy with your final product we will replace or refund your item/s NO questions asked!

Please contact us on info@metalprintsaustralia.com.au to arrange your replacement or refund, also provide photo’s and a description of why you are not happy with your product. We may ask you to return your unsatisfactory item/s to Metal Prints Australia.

Will the colours look the same as my artwork file?

With any image file, colour can vary based on which screen you view it on and which print media it is printed on. For this reason, we cannot say that the colours will match your file as you see it on your computer, phone or tablet with 100% accuracy. We can, however, guarantee that our process will maintain high colour vibrancy. We also have options available for one of our graphic designers to enhance and adjust your photos and artwork should that be required.

What are my payment options?

Metal Prints Australia can accept credit card, direct debit and Paypal payments.

How long will my order take?

We strive to complete all orders within a 24 to 48 hour period, but sometimes we do receive higher than normal order volumes, so this cannot be guaranteed all the time.
